First, for sound effects, go to sounddogs. com, you can find everything there.
Second, come up with a lot more possible deaths, this is way to short.
Put more humor in it, that way people have a reason to watch it.
This wasn't bad, but not yet good enough, start with the sounds and the humor and you'll get there.

This was good but it can be a lot better. You should improve it by:

-draw backgrounds, it makes things much better.
-animate the characters instead of copying one single frame the whole time.
-make sure your movie is as big as your working area, it looks crappy when you still can see white around the edges
-don't draw your character with lines and the wings with the brush, this doesn't match and looks bad.
-smooth your lines, it looks more human.

If you improve on these things your movies will be great.

few things were wrong though.

the music became very annoying after some time and one part of your code was wrong in the misc section. It's suposed to be (loadMovie) instead of (load), (if you right-click you'll see the menu anyways with your code).

It looks good but it gets boring very quickly. You could try doing a bigger project because the graphics are good. You just need a more interesting content :).
I know it's your first submission but most of the time things like this (dress-ups, etc.) get blammed very quickly because it's boring. Try to make movies with some good sound effects and nice graphics and your movies will be protected and will survive the NG judgements :).

great game. there are however a couple of bugs left. Replay isn't working, and sometimes it says round 1 during round 2 (didn't check round 3), this happened to me during Uruguay and Germany
